30 Minute Call-back: We call you within 30 minutes of when your order is placed to tell you one of two things: The progress we are making in filling your order. The name of the associate we are sending to you.

1st Day Check: We conduct first day in-person check ins.

Weekly Check: We will follow-up to ensure everything is progressing as expected with our Staffing Associate.

Associate Check: We will follow-up with the associate to ensure that he/she is pleased with the assignment.

Quality Assurance Reviews: We will send you a survey to gather information on the performance of our associate.
